    Great little place with wonderful food!
    Service is wonderful!
    Can be a little loud as it is a small place.
    I highly recommend the Potato works.  ;)

    My dad tried the biscuits and gravy with family style potatoes.  This dish was not hot just Luke warm. The potatoes were old, must have been cooked hours earlier and had absorbed allot of oil. The gravy and biscuits were not hot and rather tasteless.
    I had the big boy scramble.  The potatoes were old also, the scrambled eggs we cooked on a flat grill and scortched = burned.
    Very disappointing.

    My breakfast consisted of the average 2 egg breakfast. The 2 links were delicious however, the bacon was so over cooked I couldn't eat it.
    Staff were friendly. Signs in the restaurant indicate they are in the process of updating the interior. I hope to return after renovations.

    It's was our Silver Anniversary we drove almost hour ( good commute) to go at Mission Church San Juan Bautista. Before hand I Yelp Hollister for Breakfast food area... And Country Rose And one more place stands out at the same time I wanted to see or feel the Town Of Hollister. It was easy to find we got seated it's open space even on a Friday many people having breakfast and I do know there were few that were new to this place too. Good ambiance and people serving we
    Ordered and got our food in a short time. I can see that people keep coming to the doorway and being seated. Our breakfast was good, the lady server was very helpful. Definitely recommend for new comers passing thru the town.

    This is such a wonderful place to eat....we love the ambiance, friendly/ attentive staff. In addition, the menu has a wide variety of food and it is deliciously prepared every time we have been there. Our favorite entree is the Veggie omelettes, fresh and cooked to perfection. We will be back again for sure!
